To implement the policy address’s proposal of supporting youth in establishing entrepreneurial platforms through regional cooperation, and to support youth participation in practical platforms provided by the Mainland for Macao youth entrepreneurship, with the support of the DSEDT, MYEIC actively promotes close collaboration with Mainland youth entrepreneurship incubation centers. By mutually recognizing youth entrepreneurship projects and facilitating the entry of Macao youth into Mainland incubation centers, the Center assists young people in successfully establishing businesses on the Mainland.

As the designated location for the “China-Portugal Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Exchange Center,” the Macao Young Entrepreneur Incubation Centre (MYEIC) supports Macao youth entrepreneurs in establishing businesses in Portuguese-speaking countries. It has successively signed cooperation agreements with Portugal’s University of Aveiro, the Católica Lisbon Entrepreneurship Center (CLEC), Brazil’s SUPERA Parque, ABES – Brazilian Association of Software Companies, Traciona, the University of São Paulo, and the Direção do Empreendedorismo de São Tomé e Príncipe in São Tomé and Príncipe. Entrepreneurs recommended by the Incubation Center can leverage these high-quality local resources to accelerate their project growth.
